Clean Perfume -- An Instant Classic
I was instantly drawn to Clean perfume thanks to the name. I mean, who doesn't want to smell clean? So I set out to test this fragrance for myself. Here's what I found:
This fragrance is quite pricey. Expect to pay at least $50 or more for an authentic bottle of Clean perfume. It stays true to its name -- it really does smell very clean. I would describe this fragrance as a blend between soap, shampoo and fabric softener. A little goes a long way, because this perfume is made with quality and lasts a long time.
Clean perfume consists of the following notes: Litsea cubeba, orange, sweet lime, passion lily, rose geranium and white musk. Amazing to think that by blending these elements together you get something that smells so fresh and soapy!
Clean perfume is a celebrity favorite, and has been featured in top gossip and fashion mags. And if you're not a fan of a straight out soapy scent, then you can try some of the other fragrance offerings from the Clean perfume company.
Sweet Layer is a favorite of mine, and can be worn on its own or layered with the original Clean perfume. It contains sweet orange, grapefruit, neroli, and rose which add a floral, citrusy element to the fresh smell of Clean.
Clean Ultimate is a version of Clean that offers the addition of musk for added warmth and depth. You'll like this scent if you like notes such as lemon, lavender, white musk and neroli.
Baby Girl is another top fave. This baby fresh scent is perfect for little girls as well as big ones! Notes of lemon, Egyptian geranium, and lavender (to name a few) meld together to make a fragrance that's as fresh as a newborn baby yet as enticing as a field of fresh flowers.
Because Clean perfumes are so light and airy, they can be mixed and matched on your skin. If you can afford to, buy them all and make your own fragrance combinations. For girls on a budget that want to own all the Clean scents, why not try replicas? Today's fragrance dupes are often just as good, if not better than the real thing! I know -- I own a vial of replica Burberry Touch fragrance oil that I wear more often than my authentic Burberry!
